About Us

Our Mission Statement

Blisslabs is a non profit organization that has a goal to help create and maintain various open source operating systems and other software that helps to extend the life of devices in order to help futher community innovation and help with the world's e-waste problems.

To do this, we work to create projects, mentor and teach future open source developer's in all aspects of development, design, and animation and form alliances with other projects that share in our visions. We also develop tools to help minimize the complex development process and aid in learning.

And we act as a global fiscal host for open source projects, allowing for a much larger opportunity to work with others globally and increase user base.

Outreach

Not everyone has access to development hardware

Many people across the globe have limited access to development technology, making it hard to learn how to develop Android or Linux based projects. In order to help fill that need, we provide access to team build-servers and we partner with Legacy-Server in order to provide build-server access when resources are available, and help reach the dreams of those that aren't able to access all the needed tools.

As a reminder, slots are available on a first-come first-serve basis, and time is shared across many countries. To find out more about using Legacy-Server build servers, please click the Learn More button.

Transparency

We believe in full transparency, but we do not believe this transparency should come at a cost to our supporters. This is why we submit a yearly 990 form to the US IRS. If you are interested in looking into that or any other information we submit, feel free to visit our Guidestar.org page.
